Finally feels like summer

The weather is sunny again (after a week of rain), I'm out of class, we're doing daily swimming lessons, I'm flying through my books... It finally feels like summer vacation! But alas, all this will be ending soon enough :( After a long-ish trip scheduled in August, I start back at work.

Wink has been spending his afternoons at a coffee shop working. He has a business plan in mind and is trying to squeeze out a few hours of work daily without the distractions of home. This means that I am alone with the kids all afternoon. Aaaah! Difficult for me, but going okay so far. Lissi has been a little sick so she was driving me nuts today.

Yesterday we had new windows installed in our downstairs "bonus room". This was the one room that we neglected 4 years ago when we got new windows in the rest of the house. Now that that is complete, I want to have some repairs done in the room as well. But Wink can't do much with his injury, and we haven't found anyone to help or hire yet. We moved almost everything out of the room for the window installation, and I'd love to have the ceiling repairs done before moving everything back into the room. But, so far no luck at all.
