Snow Day!!

The kids practiced wearing their hats and gloves a few days ago.




My district was the only one not to cancel (or even delay) school last week when it was snowing during the morning commute...

Today I got a call at 7am saying my district had a 2 hour delay. I said, "for what??!!" I hadn't even looked outside yet.

It was snowing like crazy (for us) and Cal insisted on going outside to walk around in the snow. Lissi has a horrible cold so she couldn't join him. Cal also developed a bloody nose at this time, so I kept calling him back in to wipe the blood away.

At 8am I got a call that school was cancelled. Woo hoo!! Cal's preschool was cancelled and Wink's first day of classes was cancelled as well.
