Lissi's growth

A number of people commented to Wink today that Lissi has grown so much in the last 2 weeks. It's possible since she has been eating very well (although the girl is still not drinking).

Her speech and vocabulary has grown a ton in the last few weeks as well. Some of her new words include:
bath
duck
I do
[where] are you?
yes
hippo (used for both her hippo and her special blanket)
tree
shoe
uh oh
water
juice
cheese
ow
down
dirty
hello
choo choo
cracker
thank you
amen
um! (to mean she wants another bite)
woof, baa, moo, quack
belly
mouth

that puts her at appoximately 40 words! And she is almost starting to combine some of these words. For example she *seems* to say "Hippo! Where are you?" and almost combines "more please". But I'm not sure if they are real combinations yet.

She has entered the phase of language development when she tries to repeat everything that we say. It is SO much fun to listen to her little voice repeating so many words! :)
