My genius boy

We were playing outside when Cal announced that "p" is for purple. Then he told me that "b" is for blue. Had he learned this from one of his toys or videos I would be amused. However, none of his videos or toys teach this particular letter-word association. The kid was able to make that correlation on his own. I'm such a proud mommy! And he can consistently read: mom, dad, his name and his sister's name. He can inconsistently read: train, exit. He knows his full phone number, full address, parents full names, and can spell his name. He can count consistently up to 20 and can usually make it to 40. And his computer skills are amzing. He is definitely our smarty-pants! Once Wink teaches him to program on the computer we can retire for good.
